The in-restaurant patties are absolutely delicious. The frozen patties at the grocery stores are NOT. Get them from the restaurant, you won't be disappointed.

I believe around 2007, I visited Tinnel for the first time, and there was a young cashier girl maybe in her early 20s who attended to me. I ordered a box of patties and she was very rude, typical of us Jamaicans who has very little schooling and bad parenting. Instead of saying please wait it will be a while for the patty. When I ask for the patty few minutes after she say you see everybody a wait you no know seh you have fe wait . Keep in mind that they sell more than patties, how do I know who was waiting for what. I suggest that Jamaicans attending to the public should always take a customer service course, and remember that most of us do not know how to smile. I am Jamaican born and raised in Jones Town Kingston 12, and I learn how to behave after living abroad for a long time. This girl caught me off guard why I did not tell her my mind.
